Yes, it only takes a few minutes to complete, however you should remain upright for at least four hours post treatment and do not rub the treatment area for at least 12 hours to ensure the BOTOX Cosmetic stays exactly where your treatment provider injected it and does not migrate to areas that are unintended for treatment. Migration of the BOTOX Cosmetic can cause headaches, but typically resolve within 24 to 48 hours. Avoid alcohol and green tea for one week prior to treatment and avoid aspirin and other anti-inflammatory medicines for two weeks prior to treatment. Avoiding these substances can help to reduce bruising from treatment.

BOTOX Cosmetic injections will not treatment wrinkles that were caused by sun damage and gravity. Wrinkles that are present when facial muscles are relaxed will not be effected by BOTOX Cosmetic.
