What is Perlane?

 

Perlane® is an injectable cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin to reduce the visibility of wrinkles and folds.

Perlane is made of hyaluronic acid. In the human body, hyaluronic acid is a substance found in the connective tissue that cushions and lubricates.  In Perlane it has been modified to last longer than the body’s natural hyaluronic acid therefore returning the youthful contours of your skin.

The effects tend to last 6 months to a year, which is twice as long as typical collagen injections which usually last 3 to 6 months.
