Mackenzie is an aesthetic nurse injector (BSN, RN) with nearly a decade of experience in the medical field. She holds Bachelor degrees from both North Carolina State University and Queens University of Charlotte where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career in the cardiac ICU, where she spent a few years developing a strong foundation of medical knowledge. Eventually, this led her to travel nursing in intensive care units across the U.S. and teaching both new and experienced nurses. This background provided her with the tools and adaptability necessary to later pursue her passion in aesthetic medicine, where she is able to combine science and the art of aesthetics.
By using multiple modalities to enhance skin health including injectables and lasers, Mackenzie hopes to help people achieve long-term skin goals and enhance the way they feel about themselves. She prides herself on creating natural results and encouraging patients to embrace their unique beauty. Mackenzie is a lifelong learner and loves to refine her skills with ongoing trainings, ensuring her clients receive the highest quality care. She has been fortunate to attend trainings with some of the top national trainers.
When she is not in the treatment room, you can find her planning her next trip, reading a book, or spending weekends with her husband, daughter, and Golden retriever.
